Bad Customer Support: Standard Insurance

On the other hand, Standard Insurance Company has misplaced several thousand dollars of mine, dollars which are supposed to be in my 401(k) account. Thousands of dollars. Missing since early November, actually. Their response?

“There’s nothing we can do for you right now. We’ll call you back sometime next week.”

(This was last Friday. Can you tell I’ve been stockpiling posts all weekend?!)
