At the risk of being merely contrarian, and without at all validating the thoughts expressed in that video, I do wonder if I’m any less prejudiced than the interviewees in West Virginia.
I only say that because I sometimes find myself thinking that West Virginia isn’t really America, and their votes shouldn’t count because of how backward the lot of them are and so on. As if the presidency should only be decided by enlightened, college-educated folks like myself.
Did the woman in the coffee shop who wouldn’t vote for Obama because of him being Muslim was quite something. If she had paid attention to Clinton at all you’d think she’d have noticed the big “scandal” of Obamas Christian minister. :-)
