Short story: don’t try to call me; neither of my phones work. Thanks AT&T. That totally rocks.
I just got off the phone with AT&T customer support. Again. This time I was bluntly told that it could take “24 to 48 hours.”
“Really?” I asked. “I thought I read in the news that you guys had resolved those problems.”
“Oh, no,” she said. “Not all of them.”
“So there’s nothing I can do?”
“No, just have to wait. I’m sorry.”
Maybe try calling me Wednesday? By then maybe I’ll have a working phone?
